No the fence is not hot while the kids are outside.

If anybody was wondering he was only tied out while we had him out he stayed in the barn until we built him a fence.

Our newest edition as you all see is a goat. We did not go out and get this goat we just so happened upon it. Harold, Michael's cousin got it to go with his goat Bailey (a female) and in turn ask us if we wanted it. So we said yes, not knowing he is the stinkiest thing known to man. But he fits right in with the rest of the animals. We built him an electric fence while the kids were napping on Thursday.
